Q: How can I view the status of my
order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account
Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click
the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Our shipping rates are as follows:

You can view your shipping costs by viewing
your cart for each item. Final total shipping costs
will be displayed on the Invoice you see before

a credit card?

Q: How long will it take to receive
my purchase?
A: Some orders go out within a day or
two; some order may take up to two weeks; custom and
designer items may take 6 to 8 weeks to be delivered.
